By using Ali's Panaflex website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full. Please read carefully before placing any order.

1Service Scope

We provide Panaflex, Vinyl, Signage, and Digital Printing services. All sizes and material specs must be confirmed before printing. Color variations may occur between screens and prints. Rush orders may incur extra fees.

2Payment & Refunds

A minimum 50% advance payment is required. Balance due on delivery/installation. Refunds only apply if cancelled before printing begins.

3Design & Approval

A digital proof is provided before printing. It is your responsibility to check for errors. We are not liable for mistakes in approved proofs.

4IP & Liability

Designs remain our property until full payment. You must have rights to any logos/images provided. We are not responsible for weather damage to outdoor signage after installation.

5Disputes

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
