Ali's Panaflex provides Panaflex, Vinyl, Signage, and Digital Printing services. By placing an order, the client agrees to the specifications outlined in the provided invoice or quotation.

• All sizes and material specifications must be confirmed prior to printing.
• Color variations may occur between digital screens and actual prints (CMYK vs RGB).
• Urgent orders may incur additional rush fees.

To process any printing order, a minimum advance payment of 50% is required. The remaining balance must be cleared upon delivery or installation.

Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled prior to the design or printing process initiation. Once printing has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Clients will be provided with a digital proof (JPG/PDF) for approval before printing. It is the client's responsibility to check for spelling errors, layout issues, and image quality.

All original designs created by Ali's Panaflex remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Clients represent that they have full rights to use any logos or images they provide for printing and agree to indemnify Ali's Panaflex against any copyright claims.

We are not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions (wind, rain, sun exposure) to outdoor signage after installation is complete and approved. Material longevity depends on environmental factors beyond our control.

Any disputes related to our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
